ASA Complaint Details

Step 1

Before you lodge a complaint with ASA, you must first inform the offending party (ie. an advertiser or agency) in writing specifying the section of the Code that has been breached. A copy should be forwarded to ASA.

Step 2

If the matter has not been resolved to the satisfaction of either party within two working days, a complaint may then be lodged with ASA. To do this, please complete all details in the form below.

 

 

The matter will be deliberated and a course of action suggested. The ASA's decision will be communicated to the affected parties in writing.
